Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your TGM Washers account and the data associated with it. TGM Washers is a DBA of The TGM Group LLC.

How to request deletion

  1. Contact us using any method below, from or referencing the name and phone number on your account, and tell us you'd like to delete your TGM Washers account.

  2. We verify the request is really coming from you (we confirm the name and phone number match your account).
  3. We delete your account and associated data and send you a confirmation. Requests are completed within 30 days.

Just want specific data removed?

You don't have to close your account. You can ask us — using any method above — to delete specific data instead, such as your saved payment method. You can also remove a saved card yourself in the app under Account.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove:

What we keep, and for how long

Some records must be retained to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. After you delete your account we keep:

Past invoices and payment historyRetained up to 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements, then deleted.
Signed rental agreement (rental customers)Retained for the required record-keeping period, then deleted.

Retained records are used only to meet these legal obligations — never for marketing.
