Simply pick a plan, sign up online, and schedule your delivery. We handle everything from delivery to professional installation. You pay a flat monthly rate with no surprise fees.

All maintenance and repairs are included in your monthly rate. Just submit a support request and we'll send a technician to fix or replace the unit at no extra cost.
No long-term contracts. Our leases are month-to-month. If you need to cancel, just give us notice and we'll schedule a free pickup.
Most installations are completed within 2-5 business days of signing up, depending on availability and your preferred time window.
Each plan comes with a specific tier of machines. Essential includes clean, functional basic grade units. Home Standard offers newer, upgraded models. Premium features large-capacity deep sets — best available models with high efficiency.
Agitator washers have a tall central post in the middle of the tub that twists back and forth to scrub clothes. They're great for heavily soiled loads (work clothes, kids' clothes, mud, grease) and tend to wash faster, but they use more water and can be rougher on delicate fabrics.
Impeller washers use a low-profile cone or disc at the bottom of the tub that rotates to push clothes through the water. They hold larger loads (no central post in the way), use less water and energy, and are gentler on clothes — but heavily soiled items may need more attention.
Quick guide: agitator if you wash a lot of dirty work clothes and want quick, aggressive cycles. Impeller if you want bigger loads, less water use, and softer treatment for everyday laundry. We carry both in our inventory — let us know your preference at signup or during install and we'll match you with the right unit when available.
No — this is a rental, not rent-to-own. The washer and dryer remain TGM property the whole time you're leasing. That's why repairs, replacements, and maintenance are included at no extra charge: it's still our equipment.
Yes. Reach out to support and we'll move you between Essential, Home Standard, and Premium tiers, or switch you between weekly and monthly billing. Tier upgrades may include a swap to a different unit on your next service visit.
Each washer/dryer set comes with a small cellular smart device that lets us turn the unit on or off remotely. It needs a basic working outlet — no Wi-Fi required. We use it primarily to restore service quickly after a payment, and to disable equipment in cases of non-payment as outlined in your lease. It does NOT monitor your home, record activity, or transmit anything beyond simple on/off commands.
Let us know in advance via the relocation form. If your new address is in our service area we'll schedule a relocation visit. There may be a small relocation fee — see your lease for current rates.
