Identity verification. To protect our equipment, we ask for a photo of a government-issued ID when you complete signup (and proof of address for self-pickup). These images are encrypted, are visible only to the business owner, are used solely to verify who our equipment is with, and are never sold or shared with third parties. You may request deletion of your ID after your account closes and equipment is returned by contacting us below.
Information is used only to provide services, process payments, send service-related communications, and maintain accounts.
Phone numbers and SMS consent data are not shared with third parties for marketing.
We take reasonable steps to protect customer information.
